If your labels aren't printing properly there are a couple of things you can try - * When your print dialog box is displayed, select the button that says "Properties". There should be an "Effects" or similar menu. Choose this option and make sure that it is set at 100 percent of Normal Size (do NOT enlarge/reduce and do NOT choose "Fit to Page"). * Under one of the menus you should be able to choose a "type" of paper or "media type". If there is an option to choose 'labels" be sure to choose this as it should adjust the feeding of the paper to fit on the thicker label stock. If you do not have a label choice choose something close to a matte stock. * You can also try changing the print quality setting to "fast normal" this can also make a difference. * Some model printer requires that the paper tray contain one type of paper. Removed the paper from the tray and replaced it with label stock. * If you are using Safari for a browser try using Firefox as there is something with Safari that causes the text to print outside the die cut area. * If you are using Chrome for a browser you should print using the system dialog on the bottom and not the print menu on the top of the page. You may also find assistance in your printer manual.
