I never received my package even though USPS tracking indicates it was delivered.

If your USPS tracking indicated your order has been delivered, check with the other individuals in your home, apartment or business to see if someone else has received your shipment. You may also want to check with your postal carrier to see if they remember delivering your shipment and where they may have left it (if it was somewhere other than your mail slot/box). They will want the Delivery Confirmation number along with with the ship to address.
