Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

Orders are processed and sent to our shipping facility almost immediately after the order has been placed. We strive to provide the fastest turn-around time possible which is something our customers have demanded. Because of this, cancellations can only be accomplished if the request is received within minutes of the order being placed. Once an order reaches our shipping facility, the order is packed and prepared for shipping almost immediately. At that point, your package(s) are either on a loading dock awaiting pickup along with many hundreds of other packages making it extremely difficult to find, or are already in transit and impossible to stop. We apologize if this inconveniences you and will certainly assist you with returning the order when you receive it. Please contact us when it arrives and we can begin the return process at that time.
