At Label Universe we strive to provide our customers with the best products at competitive prices. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, replacement stock will be sent or your money will be refunded. Our products are guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase, provided the purchaser has complied with the recommended guidelines for usage, storage, and handling.
All of Label Universe products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has determined the stock is appropriate for the application prior to the time of purchase. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order, call us at 1-800-861-8680 or email us at support@labeluniverse.com and one of our customer service representatives will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the unused portion of the order. All full refunds must be handled within 30 days from receiving the product. All material returned to Label Universe must have a RMA number! If the customer refuses the original shipment when Parcel Post was selected as the ship method, the customer will be responsible for the freight both ways. Material must be in resalable condition for a full refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee or $15.00, whichever is greater, for all stock orders plus freight. Cancellation of non-stock items (custom orders or printed orders) are subject to an additional fee and may amount to the full price of the cancelled products including any die charges, plate charges, or prep fees.
If the return is due to faulty product, Label Universe will gladly send a call tag to pick up the product or reimburse the customer for the cost of returning the product. All returns should be sent to the following address:
